On 25 January 2023, at 4 p.m. CET, the FORTHEM Lab Diversity and Migration and the Equality & Diversity Office at JGU will host a 90-minute online panel discussion on anti-discrimination strategies at our universities. Panelists will be presidium members from FORTHEM partner universities.

Join us in creating a shared commitment within the Alliance to achieve a non-discriminatory, diversity-sensitive and inclusive culture of teaching, learning, research and work – by sharing your perspective on the subject!
The digital panel discussion follows a series of events organized by the FORTHEM Lab Diversity and Migration on the topic of racism in higher education and a workshop organized by the Diversity & Inclusion Units for students from all universities. The aim of the workshop was to provide a space to share and discuss discrimination experiences.

There is an urgent need for education and discussion on the topic of racism and other forms of discrimination. We therefore want to promote reflection and the reduction of discrimination risks within our university alliance.
